Slender 6mm carved band with a single pattern inspired by the Ritchies’ iconic acanthus designs. Available in 2 different widths and with coloured enamel options, with a repeated triple pattern, or a single pattern with space at the back for easy sizing. This ring series can be worn and treasured as Pledging Rings - a new way to mark a commitment to yourself or another, formally or informally.
The Meadow of Angels collection is decorated by the Ritchies’ beloved acanthus pattern, and inspired by the significance of Iona’s Sìthean Mor, the large Fairy Hill or Hill of Angels to the south of the road to the machair - the wildflower meadowland shoreline in Scottish Gaelic.
The practice of crofting in Gaelic island culture includes working with the land and seasons to grow sustainable crops on a strip of land that runs from the crofthouse to the sea. This idea informed the new collection, planting new seeds in a beloved, shared island meadow that Angels have long tended. Starting with little more than the ‘hope and skill with a pencil’ that the Ritchies themselves began with, this collection dreams that it might regrow the beauty of their work for all to see and share.
This ring is oxidised sterling silver. The band is 6mm wide and 2mm deep. Each piece is Hallmarked Sterling Silver by the Edinburgh Assay Office in Scotland.

Our standard silver option uses fully recycled silver recovered from electronic x-ray waste, sourced through the NHS aGain scheme.
DIAMONDS & GEMS
Designs using diamonds will be set with guaranteed G VS quality natural mined diamonds from trusted local suppliers. Coloured gemstones or laboratory-created diamonds are also available - just get in touch for pricing and options available.
IONA STONE
Designs featuring local Iona stone are only available in Limited Editions. The stones are hand-gathered with great care and attention to sustainable island community best practice. If you visit Iona and choose your own stone, we can set it into your piece for you, making a truly unique treasure.
